Having deferred capital improvements for several years, this residential cooperative community recognized the need to engage a construction project management firm to help plan and execute various CapEx projects. This is an ongoing engagement involving a variety of activities, including due diligence and master planning, community communication and design team selection and management. Additionally Fletcher provided support to the community’s efforts to secure PACE financing to help fund future work. Having identified a new boiler plant as priority # 1, Fletcher oversaw the bidding, contracting and installation of new, high-efficiency boilers for heat and domestic hot water throughout the community. This work was successfully completed despite a very tight schedule. Planning and prioritization of new projects is ongoing.
