Mission Square Retirement
A repeat client, our first project with Mission Square started in 2014. In 2019, Mission Square re-engaged us for a project that would change the way they work and re-think the typical office environment, along with downsizing their current footprint. Fletcher was hired early in the process to provide all budgetary planning and to create a staged schedule approach.
The office renovations were implemented at the height of the pandemic and completed with their personnel of over 300 employees working remote. The new office includes a state-of-the-art conference center, catering pantry, café, client experience center, huddle and team rooms (both enclosed and in open spaces) along with hoteling space for remote employees when they need to work from the office. This multi-phase project was a success in its completion by coming in under the original budget and maintaining the original schedule Fletcher had presented. The risks involved in a buildout of this size were managed with great success.
