Mission Square (formerly ICMA‑RC), a long‑time client, re‑engaged Fletcher in 2019 to help reimagine its workplace, rethink traditional office norms, and reduce its overall footprint. Brought in early, Fletcher provided comprehensive planning services and developed a robust phased scheduling strategy to guide the effort.
Renovations were executed at the height of the COVID pandemic, with more than 300 employees working remotely. The transformed office now features a state‑of‑the‑art conference center, catering pantry, café, client experience center, huddle and team rooms, and hoteling space for remote staff.
The multi‑phase project was completed within the established budget and timeline, successfully navigating the complexities and risks of a large‑scale buildout.
