The Inspired Teaching Demonstration Public Charter School is a professional learning community of master teachers and teacher residents who work to ensure that a diverse group of students from across the District achieve their potential as accomplished learners, thoughtful citizens, and inquisitive problem solvers through a demanding, inquiry-based curriculum.
This visionary project reimagines the school’s ground floor as a vibrant new home for its Arts, Language, and Music programs – transforming an underutilized area into a dynamic hub of creativity and learning. Through a partial gut renovation, the space was reimagined into a flexible, future‑ready environment that supports a wide range of instructional styles and student experiences.
Fletcher provided comprehensive leadership across every phase. Our role encompassed the full suite of project‑management services, including early planning and programming, budget development and continuous cost alignment, schedule creation and oversight, and coordination of the design, engineering, and specialty consultant teams. Fletcher managed procurement for all vendors and contractors, led contract negotiations, and ensured that scope, quality, and risk were proactively controlled throughout the project.
Through disciplined management, clear communication, and a strong focus on cost, schedule, and client priorities, Fletcher delivered a well‑executed project that aligned with the organization’s operational goals and long‑term vision.
