Fletcher was pleased to support Daikin U.S. Corporation in creating their new Washington DC based Government Affairs Office and Sustainability & Innovation Center which promotes environmental technologies with high efficiency and HVAC systems focused on sustainability.

Fletcher was hired early in the planning stages to assist Daikin in achieving a very aggressive schedule for completion. To successfully achieve this unique high tech showroom and stakeholder collaboration space, we worked with the client on all aspects of the project to include, but not limited to, budget development and overall financial management, schedule development and tracking, creating and overseeing vendor procurement strategies and performing contract reviews and more.
