Daikin U.S. Corporation engaged Fletcher to help create its new Washington, DC–based Government Affairs Office and Sustainability & Innovation Center—a showcase for high‑efficiency, environmentally-focused HVAC technologies and a hub for stakeholder engagement.
Brought in early during project planning, Fletcher supported Daikin in meeting an ambitious delivery schedule. To bring this high‑tech showroom and collaboration space to life, we partnered closely with the client on every aspect of the project, including budget development and financial management, schedule creation and tracking, vendor procurement strategy, contract review, and overall project coordination.
The completed space offers a dynamic environment for innovation—paired with exceptional views of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and the Washington Monument.
