Clements Worldwide, a global insurance provider and long‑standing Fletcher client, engaged our team once again to support the build‑out of its new 16,000 SF headquarters. The relocation offered an opportunity to modernize the workplace, strengthen operational efficiency, and create an environment that reflects the company’s international reach and client‑focused culture.

Fletcher served as the project manager from initial planning through move‑in, coordinating the full project team and ensuring the design aligned with Clements’ evolving business needs. The new space features a mix of open work areas, private offices, and collaborative zones, supported by upgraded technology infrastructure and a refined aesthetic that balances professionalism with warmth. Special attention was given to employee experience, with improved conferencing capabilities, enhanced natural light, and a welcoming café hub that serves as a central gathering point.
