Capital City Public Charter School, serving students from PreK through 12th grade, is committed to developing life‑long learners through rigorous academics, critical thinking, and problem‑solving. To support their mission, the school launched a multi‑phase master plan to expand and modernize its campus—an effort requiring disciplined planning, careful site coordination, and the creation of new learning environments tailored to a diverse student body.
Serving as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager, Fletcher is leading this ongoing multi-year effort to execute this complex, phased 2030 Campus Improvement Master Plan, ensuring that every decision is aligned with the school’s budget and long‑term priorities.
Our role includes strategic planning, rigorous cost tracking, continuous budget validation, and proactive development and management of scope to maintain programmatic and financial alignment as the project advances.
