A District-based healthcare association wanted to take their existing office and give it an updated look and feel, while prioritizing the health and well-being of their employees through achieving WELL Gold certification status.

Great attention was paid to the details – showcasing art, green walls, as well as layered textures, finishes, and lighting throughout the space.

This space includes some unique touches, such as double wall demountables for superior acoustics, sustainable material selections, ease of technology and booking, an employee only rooftop terrace, along with meditation and wellness spaces.

Fletcher assisted with every aspect of the project from relocation planning for the interim during construction, to project budgeting, sourcing vendors and schedule coordination.
