The organization sought a sustainable, tech‑enabled hybrid workplace that reflected its mission and “people‑first – high performing” culture while encouraging staff to return to the office.
Fletcher led the project from planning through occupancy, overseeing budget alignment, schedule management, design coordination, vendor procurement, and construction administration. Working closely with OTJ Architects, Fletcher ensured the design translated agricultural themes into a modern environment with collaborative zones, focus areas, and technology‑rich meeting spaces.
A major focus was advancing Farmer Mac’s wellness and sustainability goals. Fletcher directed the certification strategy, resulting in WELL Certification in late 2025, with LEED Gold certification pending. Through disciplined project management and a clear understanding of the client’s priorities, Fletcher delivered a flexible, mission‑aligned headquarters that supports Farmer Mac’s people and future growth.
