Fox News Corporation engaged Fletcher Consulting to manage the full renovation of its Washington DC Bureau, located steps from the Capitol. Brought in during preconstruction, Fletcher led planning, cost estimating, team procurement, and overall schedule management, and coordinated swing space to keep newsroom operations functioning throughout construction.

Upgrades to the bureau’s broadcast infrastructure were a central focus of the effort. The renovation encompassed control rooms, audio and edit suites, multiple TV studios, a makeup room, a green room, and a complete newsroom overhaul.

In addition to managing traditional interior construction partners, Fletcher coordinated several key partners based in New York—including set and scenic designers, lighting designers, and broadcast integrators—to ensure a seamless and technically sound transformation of the space.
