ITG’s rapid market growth prompted the search for a new workplace that could support its expanding team and evolving culture. The firm selected Fletcher Consulting to lead the build out of its new Crystal City, VA offices—two connected floors in a tech forward location linked by a custom internal staircase that became the centerpiece of the design.

ITG’s leadership envisioned a workspace that balanced openness with comfort: abundant collaboration zones, a generous pantry and seating area, a lounge style coffee bar, private rooms for calls, and a variety of huddle and conference spaces. Fletcher helped guide the team toward a layout that maximized natural light, placing workstations and benching systems along the window lines to enhance employee well being. A living green wall at the entry set the tone for a modern, welcoming environment.

A key requirement was the creation of a high tech showroom where ITG could demonstrate emerging technologies to clients – a feature that demanded close coordination among design, IT, and specialty vendors. The project also incorporated custom branding by a local artist, adding a distinctive visual identity throughout the space.

Fletcher managed every aspect of the effort, from early planning through construction and move in, navigating the added complexity of the company’s sale just as occupancy approached.
