Fletcher Consulting supported the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), a national nonprofit organization, in its relocation from Dupont Circle to a new office on K Street NW in Washington, DC.
The move offered AACN the opportunity to modernize its workplace, accommodate future growth, and create an environment better aligned with the needs of its staff and mission.
Working closely with the client and project team, Fletcher helped shape a design approach that balanced aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency. The new space features exposed ceilings, collaborative open work areas, and perimeter offices that maximize natural light. Demountable partitions were incorporated throughout, elevating the overall design while providing long‑term flexibility for future reconfiguration.
The result is a contemporary, efficient workspace that supports AACN’s expanding operations and enhances their employee’s day‑to‑day experience.
