Project Description

Contracted to perform full project management services during the design and construction of clients new downtown offices. Totaling approx. 15,000 SF this project attained LEED Silver certification in Sept 2012.

Full service contract including and contract management, schedule control, architect and general contractor selection, audiovisual coordination, information technology coordination with clients in-house IT team, voice and data cabling vendor procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord and management of the TI allowance, security vendor coordination and full relocation services.
