Having started his career working up from Assistant Estimator to Vice President of a local commercial general contractor, Scott is exceptionally knowledgeable in a broad range of construction, from base build to tenant interiors. His project experience runs the gambit from Education, Office, Retail, Flex Industrial, Mission Critical to Residential Multi-Family. In his current role he excels at breaking down the often-complex renovation needs of our residential clients, and not only successfully oversees large multi-year renovations, but works skillfully with communities to develop master plans with solid budget strategies for implementation.
