Fletcher Consulting was engaged to lead the development of a 15,000 SF downtown office for the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), providing comprehensive project management throughout design and construction. This project achieved LEED Silver certification, reflecting the team’s commitment to sustainable strategies and efficient building performance.
Our responsibilities spanned every major component of delivery: contract administration, schedule management, and the competitive selection of both the architect and general contractor. Fletcher coordinated audiovisual planning and partnered closely with the client’s in‑house IT team to integrate technology requirements into the design. Additional scope included procuring and managing voice and data cabling vendors, supporting furniture selection and procurement, and working directly with the landlord to oversee TI allowance administration. Security vendor coordination and full relocation management rounded out the engagement, ensuring a smooth and well‑orchestrated transition into the new workspace.
