Fox News Channel hired Fletcher Consulting to manage the renovation of their current facilities in Northwest Washington DC. Fletcher was engaged during preconstruction to help with pre-planning budgeting and scheduling for a total renovation, and organized swing space while the newsroom and offices were under construction.

The project included control rooms, audio & edit rooms, several studios, a makeup room, and a green room along with a full newsroom renovation. Not only were standard interior project vendors brought to the table but Fletcher also worked closely with set/scenic designers, lighting designers and broadcast integrators to assure a successful implementation of the clients’ renovated space.
