Mark brings over 30 years of leadership in commercial real estate, guiding projects across sectors with a total value in excess of $1B. As founder and principal of Fletcher Consulting, he sets the firm’s strategic vision and leads its project management team, setting standards, fostering collaboration and elevating performance across every engagement.
His expertise spans owner’s representation, construction project management, general contracting, real estate development, and management consulting. Known for challenging assumptions and innovative thinking, Mark works to ensure all projects achieve client objectives while building enduring value for organizations and communities.

Kristi brings more than 25 years of leadership expertise in project management and organizational strategy, with experience spanning global membership organizations, government entities, and residential construction. At Fletcher Consulting, she oversees all aspects of business operations, setting strategic direction and ensuring best practices are integrated across the firm.
Her leadership extends to marketing, training, and professional development, where she fosters collaboration between project management and operations teams to drive efficiency and alignment. As a forward-thinker with a proven ability to translate complex challenges into innovative, practical solutions, Kristi elevates our team’s performance and strengthens the firm’s capacity to deliver lasting value for clients.

With 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate accounting, Lauren leads Fletcher Consulting’s financial operations and analysis. Her expertise spans construction, development, real estate investment, and property management, providing a comprehensive grasp of industry financial controls. As part of the core operations team, she drives strategic initiatives that strengthen long-term growth and stability.
Lauren influences the work of our project management team by ensuring financial accuracy through the creation of proprietary tools like the project budget workbook, while supporting the PM team with tenant improvement allowance reimbursements and project invoice processing.
Her disciplined approach delivers stability, efficiency, and trust—ensuring that every Fletcher engagement is guided by sound financial controls and strategic insight.

Nadine brings over 25 years’ experience as owner’s representative in the education sector, managing nearly $1B in commercial construction projects—$400M of which focused on education for private and public clients, both base building and interior renovations. A collaborative, forward-thinker, she excels at transforming the role of project manager from a prescriptive approach to a solutions-based methodology that results in proactive risk mitigation. She is passionate about fostering strong partnerships as an integral part of a project’s success.
Throughout her career, Nadine has built an impressive resume of award-winning and showcase educational projects including the Thurgood Marshall Academy Public Charter High School, the LEED Platinum Sidwell Friends School Campus Improvement Project, and the LEED Gold Fairmont Heights High School project. She excels at bringing together cross-campus stakeholders and project consultants to align objectives and successfully steer projects from inception to completion.

Jenn is a highly accomplished project leader with over 25 years of industry experience and a proven record of delivering complex project initiatives across diverse sectors. She has successfully completed approximately 200M square feet of space, representing more than $600M in project costs. Her owner’s representation expertise spans corporate offices, educational institutions, broadcast studios, restaurants, cultural venues, laboratories, and training facilities.
Jenn’s broad experience provides clients with strategic insight that enhances project delivery and ensures exceptional outcomes. She is deeply skilled in sustainability, permitting, contract negotiations, project budgeting, and third-party vendor and FF&E procurement. Her ability to integrate best practices and align diverse stakeholders makes her an invaluable partner in guiding projects from concept through completion.

Scott has managed the design and construction of over one hundred major projects during his 30-year industry career. With an extensive knowledge of large-scale construction and capital improvement projects, he currently leads Fletcher’s residential multi-family initiatives.
Having started his career working up from Assistant Estimator to Vice President of a local commercial general contractor, Scott gained extensive knowledge across all facets of construction—from base building to tenant interiors. His project portfolio spans across the education, corporate office, retail, flex industrial, mission critical, and residential multi-family sectors. At Fletcher, he excels at breaking down the often complex renovation needs of our multi-family/community association clients and not only successfully oversees large multi-year renovations but works skillfully with communities to develop master plans with solid budget and phasing strategies for implementation.

Andy brings more than a decade of experience managing construction projects in the DC Metro area, specializing in corporate office, higher education, and government sectors. With a portfolio spanning corporate interiors, base building, and capital expenditure projects, he has successfully delivered over $50 million in renovations and new construction as an owner’s representative—earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and results.
With a degree in civil engineering and experience in construction management, general contracting, and self-performed work, Andy offers a well-rounded perspective and a holistic approach to project delivery. His strong analytical and technical review skills add significant value to every project team, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
