Procentrix

Procentrix, a provider of modern IT solutions for federal, civilian, and defense agencies, outgrew its existing space and selected a full floor close to Dulles airport to support its continued expansion. Fletcher Consulting served as the project manager throughout the entire effort, acting as a core member of the delivery team.

Fletcher oversaw vendor onboarding, contract review, and master budget and schedule tracking, while proactively managing the risks inherent in a buildout of this scale.

The new workplace features open ceilings, polished concrete and wood flooring, and a high‑end café lounge with sweeping views of the airport. Workstations were intentionally positioned along the window lines to maximize natural light for employees, and Procentrix designed its own AV integration to support a highly technical, collaborative environment. The result was a seamless transition into a modern, efficient workspace tailored to Precentrix’s growth and operational needs.
