Fletcher Consulting was engaged to manage the development of Physician Assistant Education Association’s 14,000 SF downtown office, guiding the project from early planning through construction and ultimately through the full transition into the new space.
The assignment required close coordination with the design team, contractors, and building ownership to ensure the workspace was delivered efficiently and aligned with the client’s operational needs.
Our scope covered all major aspects of project delivery, including contract administration, schedule oversight, and leading the competitive selection of the general contractor. Fletcher coordinated audiovisual planning and partnered closely with the client’s in‑house IT team to integrate technology infrastructure into the design. We also procured and managed voice and data cabling vendors, supported furniture selection and procurement, and worked directly with the landlord on TI allowance management.
Relocation management was a significant component of the engagement. Fletcher developed the move strategy, coordinated with internal departments, oversaw vendor activities, and ensured that technology, furniture, and operational systems were fully functional on day one. This comprehensive approach allowed the client to transition into the new office smoothly and with minimal disruption.
