Fletcher was proud to assist the American Society of Health‑System Pharmacists (ASHP), a national leader representing pharmacists in acute and ambulatory care settings, relocate its headquarters to a new multi‑floor space in Bethesda, Maryland.
Although the project was led by Carr Properties as the landlord managing construction, Fletcher served as ASHP’s owner’s representative—ensuring the client’s priorities, standards, and long‑term needs remained front and center throughout design and construction.
The organization selected three contiguous floors and introduced a central monumental staircase to create a more connected and collaborative workplace. The forward‑looking environment features a state‑of‑the‑art conferencing center, demountable glass partitions, Knoll furnishings, and integrated branding and signage.
