Project Description

10800 Main Street, previously home to WJFK, was recently acquired by Credit Union Mortgage Association for their new headquarters. The building was originally constructed in 1984 and in need of modernization and updating. Fletcher consulting was selected for project management services. The 18,000 sq. ft. two story building offered unique challenges.

Many outdated building systems were updated. A complete reworking of the floor plans and finishes were made to provide a beautiful workplace that was also functional to meet Credit Union Mortgage Association’s needs. The parking level below the building had much needed structural repairs. Lighting and security upgrades were put in place. The exterior of the building was given attention which included extensive landscaping to complete the exterior improvements.
